I might do one in black with red hearts and gold outline strokes. Any ideas?
Here's the basket I finished today! I thought it just needed tulips!
I'm still working on the other box. It's a playing card box with a divider inside to hold 2 decks of cards.

Here are 2 other things
I made this week from
my garage sale finds!
I have old fence boards I used for these.
Do you think that old rusty hook on the chipped paint is too shabby for shabby chic? I thought the scroll sawed ends might give it a little class. You can be honest- it won't hurt my feelings!
I better get back to work! You all have a great day!
P.S.The other news I have today is that I joined the Team-Christian Artists and Crafters on Etsy! To view the teams items on Etsy type TeamCAC in the search bar!
Beautiful, beautiful tulips!
ReplyDeleteThe rusty hook -great for shabby chic, but seal up the rust so it doesn't come off on clothing etc. (you were probably going to do that anyway :D )
Thanks Kippy! I did think of that- I will spray polyurethane on it tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteyou are a wonder, mulberry. What a transformation!!!
ReplyDeleteblush...aw shucks
ReplyDeleteI just love what you do with your finds!! I am currently trying to motivate my husband to white wash some old fence board we recycled & put up in our bathroom as "paneling". My bathroom is in the beach theme!
ReplyDeleteNeat tulips bucket! You got some great goods there!
ReplyDeleteAwww, I love your tulip basket and your horseshoe hanger! Thank you for stopping by my blog today and becoming a follower. It's nice to meet you.
